Tell Congress To Eliminate The Five-Month SSDI Waiting Period For People With ALS

The ALS Disability Insurance Access Act (S.578/H.R1407) has been reintroduced for the 116th Congress! The bill would waive the five-month Social Security Disability Insurance (SSDI) waiting period before people with ALS receive access to SSDI benefits.

Momentum continues to build: 40 Senators and 90 Representatives signed on as original cosponsors this Congress – a 900% increase in original cosponsors in the Senate and 190% in the House over the 115th Congress.
